Motor Service
For:
- Hobbywing Justock Motors G2 and G2.1
- Hobbywing V10, all variants including BANDIT
What does this service include?
1) Run it on our equipment and do an assessment of the motor.
2a) If the motor fails, we contact you with further questions.
2b) If the motor passes, we do a full tear down of the motor, and do a visual inspection of the motor. This includes the sensor board, the rotor, bearings, and the windings (case) and see if anything needs repair, replaced, or simply just needs addressed.
3) Depending on the level of repair, we will do the following
a) Deep clean & replace bearings
b) Deep clean, replace bearings, & align sensors (Tune motor)
4) Reassemble, print results of the before and after.
$35.00 covers cleaning, replacing of bearings, and full tune.
Failed Motor Reasons:
1) Bad sensor board
2) exploded bearings
3) bad rotor, this includes overheated rotors that appear weak and or damaged rotors
4) bad performing motors that do not fall within new/ like-new (to include amps, KV, and timing from factory)
5) motor windings on case are damaged and showing shorts or not within factory spec

**Justock Motors - Parts are NOT available and would require a new motor unless we have donor motors available to repair with.
***Rebuilt motors may not see significant changes. If you are rebuilding several motors at once, please contact us for discount pricing as pricing includes return shipping. Upon request, we can also mix and match motor parts to give the best outcome between all motors rebuilt (as long as they are same motors)
